Warranty Policy

Effective from day one

ZLEEP AI products are individually engineered, so minor variations may occur. Your warranty is effective from the date of purchase and includes:

Please note

General conditions & exclusions

Fabric & Upholstery

Fabric, upholstery, and covers are excluded from the warranty and sold on an “as-is” basis regarding wear and tear.

Correct Usage

The warranty is valid only if the ZLEEP product is handled according to the enclosed instructions.

Environmental Damage

The warranty does not apply if the product has been wet or soaked, as moisture permanently reduces material functionality.

Maintenance & Hygiene

Coverage is void if the product is found to be very soiled, unhygienic, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Careless Use

Damage resulting from pets, cuts, burns, or improper cleaning agents is not covered.

Returns

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We encourage you to reach out with any inquiries. We strictly adhere to the following return conditions:

  • If the item sustained damage during transit, we will facilitate the replacement of the affected part.
  • If the product arrived with a technical defect, it will be addressed under our warranty provisions.
  • If an incorrect item was dispatched, we will retrieve it and provide the correct model.

All return requests must be filed within 7 days of the date of receipt. Please email help@zleepai.com or call 0924-1150-263, including a detailed explanation, your Order ID, and supporting photos or videos. Following evaluation by our Customer Success team, we’ll provide further feedback.

Hygiene

Mattress & Hygiene Policy

We are dedicated to providing a premium sleep experience. As mattresses and pillows are highly personal items held to the most rigorous hygiene standards, we do not support unconditional returns. Once purchased, products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. A return applies strictly for the following reasons:

  • The product was found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • The product delivered does not match your specific order.

Note: Any such cases must be reported and validated at the exact time of delivery.
